Quit plan

Most people who smoke have different smoking patterns, so when preparing to quit it would be good to have your own personalised plan.

Why not follow the steps to create your own plan? Your plan can then be saved so that each time you log on you can access or edit it.

The plan will tell you

  • how many days you’ve been smoke-free;
  • how much money you’ve saved;
  • how many cigarettes you’ve avoided smoking;
  • how addicted you are and how to overcome the addiction;
  • what your smoking triggers are and how to avoid them;
  • what your preferred quitting aid is;
  • why you want to stop.

It will also let you choose a quit buddy to support you in your quit attempt and provide you with a certificate once you reach certain targets.
